O’Brien Norton, BSN, RN
Nurse Injector
With Our Practice Since 2022
O’Brien is a registered nurse who has personally been trained by Dr. Doezie in Botox and Juvederm techniques. She also provides laser and various other skin care treatments at our office. She graduated from Utah Valley University with her Bachelors in Nursing and has previously specialized in post operative care.
She and her husband currently reside in San Clemente, California and have two children.
Janet Heaton, BSN, RN
Nurse Injector

Janet is a RN who received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Northeast Missouri State University in 1988. Her start was in GYN/Oncology, progressing to several years as a fertility nurse, and then on to aesthetics. She has been a Nurse Injector for over 20 years, and truly loves to help people look and feel their best through the aging process, by enhancing their own natural beauty.
She has an understanding that patients want to continue to look like themselves, but in a more youthful way.
Liz Phillips, PA-C

Liz Phillips is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over ten years of experience in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. She holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Western University of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from UCLA, and has built a distinguished career across leading dermatology and plastic surgery practices throughout Orange County.
Liz specializes in facial balancing, volume restoration, and natural-looking rejuvenation, with advanced training in neurotoxins and dermal fillers. She also offers GLP-1 medical weight management and peptide therapies to support healing, body composition, and cellular vitality — taking a personalized, whole-body approach to help patients look and feel their best.
At Mission Plastic Surgery, Liz partners with Dr. Doezie to offer patients a comprehensive aesthetic experience — blending surgical excellence with advanced injectable and wellness therapies tailored to each individual’s goals.
