RADIESSE is made of a calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres suspended in a water-based gel. Here’s how it works:

Dr. Doezie injects RADIESSE into the skin to add volume to facial features
The small microspheres begin to dissolve stimulating the production of new collagen
The new collagen tissue then envelops the microspheres
The microspheres eventually dissolve completely and are metabolized by the body
