ELTA MD® SUNSCREEN

Elta MD® UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 sunscreen is formulated with 5% high-purity niacinamide to help reduce the appearance of blemishes, discoloration, and photo damaged skin. Ideal for daily use for various skin types, it is extremely lightweight and contributes to maintaining smooth, clean, clear skin. It is fragrance-free, oil-free, paraben-free, sensitivity-free and noncomedogenic.

LATISSE®

LATISSE® is the first and only prescription treatment approved by the FDA to aid in the grown of eyelashes. LATISSE® is a .03% bimatoprose ophthalmic solution that prolongs the growth phase of the eyelashes so they become longer, fuller and darker. It is a topical treatment, applied once-a-day, to the base of the upper eyelid.

The most common side effects with LATISSE® is as an itching sensation in the eyes and/or eye redness reported in approximately 4% of patients. Other less common side effects include:

  • An itching sensation in the eyes and/or eye redness
  • Skin darkening
  • Eye irritation, dryness and redness of the eyelids
  • Clinical trials conducted by Allergan, makers of LATISSE® saw results in approximates 8 weeks with full results occurring in 12 to 16 weeks.
