LATISSE®

LATISSE® is the first and only prescription treatment approved by the FDA to aid in the grown of eyelashes. LATISSE® is a .03% bimatoprose ophthalmic solution that prolongs the growth phase of the eyelashes so they become longer, fuller and darker. It is a topical treatment, applied once-a-day, to the base of the upper eyelid.

The most common side effects with LATISSE® is as An itching sensation in the eyes and/or eye redness reported in approximately 4% of patients. Other less common side effects include:

An itching sensation in the eyes and/or eye redness
Skin darkening
Eye irritation, dryness and redness of the eyelids

Clinical trials conducted by Allergan, makers of LATISSE® saw results in approximates 8 weeks with full results occurring in 12 to 16 weeks.

RADIESSE®

RADIESSE is a dermal filler that is injected into the skin to enhance one’s existing features and restore a more healthy appearance to the skin. RADIESSE is different from other dermal fillers because of its long lasting effects. RADIESSE has a unique formulation that stimulates the production of your body’s own collagen. This allows for wrinkle correction that lasts up to a year or more. RADIESSE is made of a calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres suspended in a water-based gel. Here’s how it works:

Dr. Doezie injects RADIESSE into the skin to add volume to facial features
The small microspheres begin to dissolve stimulating the production of new collagen
The new collagen tissue then envelops the microspheres
The microspheres eventually dissolve completely and are metabolized by the body

Sculptra®

Sculptra is a synthetic injectable dermal filler made of poly-L-lactic acid. This material has been used for several years for the correction of scars, wrinkles and in dissolvable stitches and soft tissue implants. Sculptra can improve the appearance of facial fat loss and restore a youthful appearance to the face. Sculptra may require between 3 to 5 treatments. However, in clinical studies, Sculptra results lasted for up to 2 years after the first treatment. Like other dermal fillers Sculptra:

Juvederm®

Juvederm is an injectable gel formulation of that adds volume to the face and helps minimize the appearance of wrinkles and folds. Juvederm is made from hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in the skin. As Hyaluronic acid diminishes over time, wrinkles and folds appear.
